l SOCIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT towards a new Community.Coop Way of Life Homeshores Direct, a Festival 365 of World Cultures E-CO OUTLETS SERVICES OFFICE creating your own interactive Community Brand "better to light one small candle than to curse the darkness" (Chinese Proverb)
So when you are ready to proceed to implementation with VoxLabs Model at VoxWorld.Coop Outlets - as an MSME MicroFranchisor, as a Community Affiliate or Franchisor, as a Social Cause, as a Movement; as a Provider of product, of service or of traded-services; as a Franchise service provider; as a Brand, as a Sponsor, perhaps in some other Partnership or under one of the five Global Initiatives in panel on left - thus when you are ready to start to build your own (mainly, perhaps 80% revenues) eCommerce-driven Community Brand.....then we can direct you to our appropriate virtual Office for formation of eWorkTeams where you can start to implement your plans and make it happen 4U. To begin at the beginning, the first step will be to prepare a Roadmap 90, a 90 day roadmap or WorkPlan for Rollout with your Franchisor(s) & Affiliate(s) Orgs. That Roadmap will focus one or indeed many elements setout in this Community portal, both now or in the future. Within that WorkPlan for your Smart Community Rollout - we will need to agree your mission, your objectives, your goals and the opportunity you seek to capture; which will essentially reflect or fit-in with your vision of where you and/or your Community wish to go. What is achievable in such a Rollout will reflect three things - available skills/ talent (aka. content -culture products & services, unique ideas, innovation, servitisation, culture etc), readiness of access to your global community and mutual benefits for all service providers involved. Essentially the latter will reflect the added value creation, to be derived from any such partnership with which it would not work on an ongoing basis. In summary we see all parties combining under one roof for one social purpose - to become one Consumer Service Provider. Within that, we see VoxLabs model & its related VoxFranchise role as an enabler of eCommunity Service Providers, targetting what are today equi-distant global consumers. VoxLabs has already successfully gone global with its Dispenser Display & System in 40 countries, simultaneously - before we decided in to devote ourselves to Social Innovation, with a clear Solution to what we then saw looming as a crisis in poverty, or opportunity in Community trade from another perspective, at what CK Prahalad saw and called the Bottom of the Pyramid. A range of VoxFranchise Services are shown in panel on left. These will cover most and probably all of your initial organisational requirements. Everyone first requires authorisation to ensure access to VoxWorld.Coop Outlet franchisee locations and to related VoxFranchise services for implementation. That you can do through virtual Offices in Contacts above. The available specific VoxLabs Model services are also listed in panel on left. Each has its own specialist application, through which we will guide you on request. Where you begin will be decided within WorkPlan & Rollout preparation. The VoxLabs model was designed to eliminate upfront costs for Develpment Communities, who agree to adopt the model; this is substituted in effect by volume access. Mostly it will be determined by volume of visible demand - such as number of stockists or other proven demand such as through numbers of supporting Franchisors or Affiliates (achieved in partnership) or perhaps with a Culture Brand supporting what you are seeking to achieve. Another key factor will of course depend on whether you are promoting a physical or digital (eg.eBook) product or a virtual product (eg. Money Smart Workshop), a service (eg. product maintenance), a traded-service (eg. TeleCare) or a servitised product (eg.Care mobile). There are many many ways to achieve your goal, simply because there is a latent demand out there for your diaspora and other to share in your culture, away from home. Global Initiatives are also identified and are typically initiatives of others, with whom it may be viable for you and your partners to become attached. Whereas many see globalisation as a threat to the world as they know it, it also carries with it many outstanding (if untapped todate) opportunities for global Partnerships for you and your community, usually reflecting your own specialist skill fields. It is also possible to acquire new skills, at your Homeshores, through today's computer internet distance eLearning - in order to fill one of the many voids eg, Nurses shortfall (or skills mix shorfall- remedied through Continuing Education Programme, available remotely) that also exist and are widespread in many jobs areas around the world. This has replaced the Multi-National Corporation with the Global Integrated Enterprise that are moving ever more rapidly around the world today. This however provides you with an opportunity for even Inter-Community trading. Todate the shortfall of Nurses & Carers in general has led to the limited supply of Nurses being secured by those Communities who are prepared and able to pay most. This has led to a major deficit in Health services especially in Developing Countries in vast territories around the world - including Africa & Asia. It has also fuelled, together with other skilled labour supply areas, a movement of many millions of Migrants from country to country, continent to continent - leading to many countries depending on Remittances and suffering the most severe social consequences. Despite this trend of many decades, the global shortage of Nurses (and many other skilled workers) continues, now estimated at 4 million by WHO & ICN Nurse Org - there are not enough Nursing College Teachers, and so first their is a great need for a fund to first Educate the Nurse Educators; as those countries who are net suppliers of Nurses, who train them at lowest cost, yet do not have the seed funding to fund more. This can be addressed in two ways - through creating such as fund by leveraging Remittances for that purpose and also through opening Homeshores eCommunity Smart Hubs ('E-CO Hubs') to provide Nursing & Care Services in new ways from home - using skills and innovation in TeleHeathCare. Such a development is entirely possible for many Communities, especially in collaborations or partnerships with other parties and countries - through such modern day Social Orgs as VoxWorld.Coop. Such a development also has huge Social advantages, providing opportunities for more skilled workers to stay and work at & from home while still being able to live the life they want to live among their own people should they so wish. How can this be made to happen? In the first instance - by reaching out to those with whom you have strongest cultural connections.....to your own migrants, diaspora or their global neighbourhood community (those who have learned of the values of your people and your unique culture through those migrants or diaspora generally aka. from your virtual ambassadors) who can identify and tap into specific global opportunities through your community based Orgs. Among them and through them you will find Outlets (Community, Retail Chains, Corporate Workplaces, Cooperatives & College Outlets) who will today have surplus or new space and/ or wish to to be seen to identify with and attract your Community for a whole variety of reasons. You will find entire Communities you desperately need Heath & Homecare, but without the ways or means to pay for them. Here we can together link and think in new ways, devise and promote or adopt VoxLabs concepts that will generate funds for that purpose - but not in a spirit of aid alone, more one of mutual trade benefits. Connections with those communities can be made through independent organisations promoting Social Causes who can and will wish to ensure appropriate local implementation; or through working in tandem with Social Movements such as Cooperatives & Credit Unions, TeleCentres, Social Enterprise Centres & Self-Help Groups. Wharton School of Publishing have a publication called 'The Power of Impossible Thinking". I think we can see by now that 'impossible thinking' is not such a mountain to climb afterall, once we commit together to the doing....... |
